DIRECTIONS:
From I49, take Hwy 86 Neosho Exit. Turn East (going towards town). Just after Love’s Truck Stop and Wise Stop Gas Station turn North onto Hammer Road. Go North 2 miles, the clinic is on the left hand side of the road.

Coming from Neosho, take Hwy 86 towards I49. Just past New Mac Electric company turn North onto Hammer Road (just before Wise Stop Gas Station), go 2 miles. The clinic is on the left hand side.
